Ingredients:
CRUST
3/4 cup graham crumbs
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 Tbsp Margarine or butter melted
Combine ingredients and press firmly onto the bottom of 9" spring form Pan.
Chill
FILLING
3 pkg (250g ea ) cream cheese
1/2 cup each brown and white sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp each nutmeg and ginger
2 Tbsp milk
1 Tbsp cornstarch
Beat cream cheese and sugars until smooth
Beat in eggs one at a time just until blended
Beat in Pumpkin, spices, milk, cornstarch until well combined
Pour into pan Bake @ 350 for 45-50 minutes or until set
Cool at room temp, Cover, Refrigerate for several hours
