* 1 pared cucumber
* 2 oranges
* 3 lemons
* 1 cup powdered sugar
* 1 cup preserved ginger syrup
* 1 cup sugar syrup
* 2 quarts ginger ale
* Raspberries and currants for garnish
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, slice the cucumber, oranges, and lemons.
2. Sprinkle with the powdered sugar and pour on the ginger syrup.
3. Place in the freezer for two hours to chill and ripen, then add the sugar syrup and ginger ale.
4. Place a square block of ice in a glass punch bowl, garnished with large red raspberries and bunches of ripe currants. Pour the effervescing cobbler over it and serve immediately.
