Easy Irish Soda Bread Empty

Ingredients:

* 4 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 cup white sugar
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* 2 teaspoons baking powder
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 3 eggs
* 1 pint sour cream
* 1 cup raisins (optional)



Directions:

Prep Time: 20 mins

Total Time: 1 1/2 hrs

1. 1 Preheat oven to 325.
2. 2 Grease (I use butter) two 8x4 loaf pans.
3. 3 Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
4. 4 Add remaining ingredients.
5. 5 Split batter between the loaf pans.
6. 6 Bake for 1 hour.
