Ingredients:

3 cup flour
1 tsp Baking soda
3 tsp Baking powder
3 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp salt
3 cups sugar
Place all dry in a bowl then add
6 eggs
1 1/2 cup oil
6 Carrots grated
12 oz drained pineapple
Beat all the wet ingredients into the dry ,approx 4 minutes

Pour into a Bunt Pan(works the best) Bake 55 min at 350 or until toothpick comes out clean

CREAM CHEESE ICING

1 8 OZ PKG OF cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
2 cups Icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Beat butter and cream cheese together until smooth add vanilla and Icing sugar beat till the right consistancy
